We believe brands are not to be reasoned with. They are hearts to be won. Brands should be felt, remembered and loved — irrationally so.
In the face of changing markets and technology, TinyWins builds brands that remain relevant and differentiated — not based on trends, fads, or data but on timeless human truths.

Shield AI came to TinyWins with battlefield-proven technology.

As their AI-powered drones and autonomous systems expanded into new markets, the challenge wasn’t capability — it was building a brand that could scale with their ambition, while earning trust at the highest stakes.

The rebrand positioned Shield AI as a defense-tech leader, helping secure a $5.3B valuation and attracting investors such as L3Harris and Hanwha.
It enabled $240M in Series F funding to scale Hivemind Enterprise, supported Hivemind’s launch as the premier AI-powered autonomy platform for defense, and unlocked strategic partnerships with Kratos, Boeing, and Korea Aerospace Industries. As AOR, we also led go-to-market strategy, behavioral video, and product launch materials that reinforced Shield AI’s leadership.
Deliverables
Naming
Dual naming for company and flagship product
Visual Identity
Logo and visual identity system; brand guidelines; photography guidelines; 3D renders and treatments
Digital Identity
Complete website design and development; full redesign and overhaul from existing site
Storyboarding
Frame-by-frame outline to guide filming and 3D rendering production
Script Development
Concept-to-final script creation, including narrative structure, messaging, and dialogue tailored to audience
Art Direction
Guidance for production collaborators to ensure visuals are consistently ambitious and aligned within brand standards

In three weeks, TinyWins rebuilt war.gov for the scale and reality of the modern warfighter.
In three weeks, TinyWins rebuilt war.gov for the scale and reality of the modern warfighter.

An extensive set of ideas, modules, and content were quickly shaped into a clear, decisive system the client could understand, approve, and ship.

The U.S. Department of War needed a redesign team in days. The mandate was clear and high stakes. Redesign war.gov to reflect the future of the American warfighter. We assembled a team of strategists, writers, and nine designers and moved straight into a three week sprint. The system was built to handle the full range of existing content at any screen size, while bringing the UI and layout up to modern standards.
Working alongside the National Design Studio, we developed multiple visual directions tied to distinct strategic paths. The visual language centered on real soldiers and real hardware, with an emphasis on the technological capability of the U.S. military.
Deliverables
UX / IA
Site inventory, content mapping, template taxonomy, user personas, audience framing, wireframes
UI Design
Modular component library, core template designs
Visual Design
Territory exploration, typography, editorial treatments, photography audit and guidance
Motion Design
Iterative motion concepts for homepage and key sections, micro-animations, cursor interactions
Content Strategy
Content hierarchy, narrative approach, editorial framing, copy direction
Design System
Final component library, typography definition, color palette, responsive mobile design, handoff-ready documentation

Traysar came to TinyWins with a new class of subterranean warfare systems.

As they moved from specialized capability to strategic scale, the gap wasn’t technical—it was perception: translating underground dominance into a brand that leaders could understand, trust, and act on.

When Traysar engaged TinyWins, the company was preparing to launch its newest capability within a fortified defense system and strategy. While defense has traditionally focused on land, air, and sea, Traysar had identified a new frontier for the modern warfighter: underground.
Working alongside Traysar’s experienced, battle-tested founding team, TinyWins set out to define who the company was, clarify the role it would play, and bring its vision to life as it emerged from stealth.

Outpost came to TinyWins with groundbreaking technology.
Outpost came to TinyWins with groundbreaking technology.

Their reusable vehicles and infrastructure could return up to ten tons of cargo from orbit, powering work across defense logistics, in-space manufacturing, and StarFiber™.
What they lacked was a unifying narrative to connect it all and make the technology feel as real and advanced as it was.

We found the common thread: every market needed a reliable way back. That insight became the foundation of the positioning, the return lane for the space economy — a story expansive enough for investors, tangible enough for customers, and meaningful enough to unite the team.
We brought it to life through an identity grounded in real engineering, refining the existing mark, sharpening the palette, and replacing conceptual imagery with photorealistic renders and hardware detail. A new website gave each audience a clear path in while bringing every offering together under one defining idea — creating a cohesive system built for everything Outpost is today and is ready to become.
Deliverables
Brand Strategy
On-site immersion and leadership workshop to align audiences, proof points, and engagement pathways for government and commercial partners; creative strategy and visual territories to set the direction
Visual Identity
Evolved logo, color, and typography system; UI components, iconography, and diagram language for missions and capabilities; imagery system; brand guidelines, including CGI and rendering guidelines
Website Design
Mission-ready site with content architecture, homepage narrative, and booking and engagement flows; full design, development, and CMS integration

Neros was making waves and attracting significant investment in defense.
Neros was making waves and attracting significant investment in defense.

Their team needed a clearer story around their greatest differentiator: an American production engine capable of delivering battlefield-proven drones at scale without relying on adversarial supply chains.
They also needed to attract the talent required to reach its goal of producing one million drones per year.

We built the strategy around a central truth: a single drone changes little, but the capacity to produce millions can change an adversary’s calculations. This elevated manufacturing from a supporting proof point to the foundation of Neros’ position: delivering credible deterrence.
A new verbal identity gave the company clear, compelling language to communicate its mission and advantages across audiences.
We brought the strategy to life through a visual identity balancing engineering precision with warrior conviction and a new website connecting Neros’ mission, products, manufacturing capabilities, and career opportunities.
The result positions Neros as more than a drone manufacturer: the factory behind the front line—and a place where ambitious talent can help build the future of modern defense.
Deliverables
Brand Strategy
Archetype, positioning, and brand platform grounded in operational truth; value proposition tuned for government, defense, and recruiting audiences
Verbal Identity
Messaging framework and proof points that keep every word credible, consistent, and calibrated to who’s reading
Visual Identity
Evolved identity system with refined logomark usage, color, and typography; imagery system and brand guidelines; photography and art direction rooted in real environments; tonal guardrails for facility branding
Website Design
Full site architecture, design, and development with CMS integration; reusable page templates built for growth
Functional Copywriting
Clear, direct web copy that carries the brand foundation onto the page
